Visit of the old vat house, the presses and the cellar of the monks built between the 12th and 16th centuries: the opportunity to dive into the history, the breeding and the vinification of the vintages savoured during the wine tasting.

Crossing the forests of the Hautes Côtes de Nuits and its postcard landscapes. Discovery of the Burgundy canal (18th century) in the heart of the Ouche Valley.
