From May 1st to September 15th, Cyril Brun will be on hand in the cellars of the Manoir du chêne Saint-Louis every day from 11am to 7pm, and in the evenings to offer one-hour wine tasting and oenology courses.
In the heart of Burgundy, in the Loire appellation, the Manoir Chêne Saint-Louis offers you the chance to learn how to match wine to your dishes.
We invite you to enjoy a wine-tasting experience that will give you the basic knowledge you need to choose the right bottles in just one hour.
In the evenings, by prior arrangement, you can take a wine-tasting course in the courtyard of the manor or in the guest room, depending on the season (6 places available).
Cyril Brun holds a level III diploma in wine, and is a qualified sommelier and trainer.
