Theme evening: tasting with your head, tasting with your body

Tasting the same series of wines in an analytical and sensitive way.
Christine Botton, oenologist for over 25 vintages, will welcome you to our winery for a guided tour of the premises, followed by a themed tasting. You will first taste the wines in a cellar in transparent glasses, then a second time in opaque glasses. The evening will end with a convivial dinner in the dining room adjoining the winery.
