Through classic and original pairings that highlight the wines of 'guste's, discover the elements of a successful food & wine pairing!
Glass in hand, you will taste our Beaujolais and Mâconnais wines and enjoy succulent appetizers in harmony under the wing of wine and gastronomy professionals.
2h workshop: 4 to 6 wines from the cellars of the Maison Jean Loron, with some delicatessen products to nibble on. 1 bottle of wine offered as a gift at the end of the course. 50€ per workshop, no obligation. On reservation.

Patrice MERLE
Patrice was a cellar master in the Beaujolais region before joining the Maison Jean Loron in 2017 as a consultant oenologist and Beaujolais expert. He is in regular contact with the winegrower clients of the oenological laboratory, giving him a 360° view of the region.
