Mothe Guy et ses Fils - Domaine du Colombier
The Domaine du Colombier is a family estate handed down over several generations.
Today, Guy Mothe and his three sons, Jean-Louis, Thierry and Vincent work the 50 hectares of vines. The vines are exclusively Chardonnay and produce light, clear and lively dry white wines with a yellow colour characterised by subtle hints of white-green.
The Domaine du Colombier vinifies the 4 Appellations d'Origine Controlées from the Chablis vineyard.
