Les Champs de l'Abbaye

Created in 1997, our domain turned immediately towards
organic cultivation methods. With the "Champs de l'Abbaye" organic cultivation is a
quality factor of the wines in the same way as very low yield per hectare, severe sorting of the crop when harvested and maturing in new oak casks.
