Sophie and Fabrice Laronze created the Terres de Velle estate in 2009 in Auxey-Duresses. Every year, they produce 18 appellations from grapes harvested on this seven-hectare estate, which comprises a real patchwork of terroir. Pragmatic and sensitive to the principles of organic farming and biodynamics, they cultivate their vines with what our elders referred to as common sense.
