Family estate of 8 hectares, for 7 generations, located in Chorey les Beaune.
We practice a reasoned phytosanitary fight in order to respect our soil, we have just obtained the label HVE (high environmental value), a traditional Burgundian wine making of 18 months in barrels.
Our grapes are still harvested by hand.
