Dufouleur Guy et Yvan

The Domaine Guy and Yvan Duflouleur is a family-run estate in Nuits-Saint-Georges that has been in the same family since 1596. It currently covers 28 hectares across several different appellations.
The estate adopts a sustainable approach to viniculture and winemaking, and the wines are aged for 12-15 months in oak, with 15-25% new wood, depending on the vintage and the appellation. It is currently managed by Guy Dufouleur’s eldest son Yvan, and his uncle Xavier. They sold off their négoce business in 2006 to focus on the estate.
