Domaine des Hâtes

Our estate is a family domain of 28ha.
It has been in existence for many generations, but the winemaking and bottling activity is more recent.
It dates from 2010 with the arrival of Pierrick on the estate.
We produce exclusively Chablis appellations, from Petit Chablis to Chablis Grand Cru.
We work in the vineyard using sustainable methods.
Our guiding principle in the vineyards and in the cellar is to respect each of the terroirs.
