Caillot Michel
The estate was founded in 1961 by Roger Caillot, Michel's father. It has a surface area of 13 hectares of vines, which extend from Santenay to Beaune. Since 1980, the estate has been moving towards integrated farming. The vinification method is traditional, aged in oak barrels, then in vats in cold cellars, with the minimum of intervention possible. These wines are authentic and reflect the authenticity of the terroir. The wines of the estate can be enjoyed from 3 years old.
