Our vineyard, planted exclusively with Pinot noir and Chardonnay grapes, spreads over 24 Ha in the Côte de Beaune. The cellars are located in Santenay, only 15 Km from Beaune. Passionate about exceptional wines, we have added grass underneath the vines in order to control the yield and to allow the typicity of the "terroir" to express itself. The vines are completely hand-harvested, and the grapes are sorted as we only vinify mature grapes. The "élevage" takes place in oak barrels, and the wines are all bottled at the Domaine.
