The new museum area at the Maison des Patrimoines offers young and old alike a colourful, interactive trail, punctuated by a host of games and aids to (re)discover the history of Matourine and Southern Burgundy. You'll meet some of the most emblematic figures who left their mark on their region and their era.

To spice up your family visit, a treasure hunt will take you on a quest for a lost treasure that has been passed from hand to hand over the course of its history... You'll need to show your ingenuity and team spirit to answer the riddles throughout the museum, and solve the investigation! To play, pick up an investigator's case from reception and set off on a 2-hour adventure! Bookings required.

GOOD TIP = From 6 July to 31 August, the Maison des Patrimoines is offering activities for children aged 6 to 10 every Tuesday from 2pm to 5pm. If you take part in a workshop during this period, you'll get a reduced rate on your visit to the museum.
And every Saturday from 16 March to 31 August, there are workshops for adults and families on a wide range of environmental, naturalist, DIY, creative and other themes.

The Maison des Patrimoines also offers a rich programme of events for schools and leisure centres all year round!

And of course, events, concerts and farmers' markets are not to be missed.
