A landmark in Burgundy's history, Clos du Moulin aux Moines was founded in 962 by the monks of Cluny Abbey.
The wine estate covers 16 hectares on the Côte de Beaune and is run according to the principles of organic and biodynamic farming.
The Clos du Moulin aux Moines Monopole is one of the estate's historic plots, benefiting from an exceptional environment. It is protected by a stone wall and bordered by a stream that surrounds the 11th- and 15th-century cellars.
Opening times :
- Every evening from Monday to Thursday.
- Lunch and dinner from Friday to Sunday.
From June to September, wine tasting of the estate's wines from Tuesday to Saturday, by appointment only.
During the summer season, a restaurant is set up in the courtyard of the estate.
