A short walk from the Hospices de Beaune, in the pedestrian streets, Bistrot Bourguignon is the first true wine bar opened in 1985 by Jean Jacques and Agnès Hegner, who are equally passionate about jazz. It offers a very nice wine list from Burgundy selected from the best estates, including more than two dozen served by the glass, from Chablis to Mâcon, with a wide range of prices, accompanied by a cuisine that combines regional traditions with new flavours. The place is cosy, warm, lively and decorated in a chic antique spirit that gives the place a wild charm. Jazz atmosphere.
