Visit Dijon and discover the wealth of treasures hidden beneath the soil of the Côte d’Or. The Musée archéologique, housed in the old abbey of Saint-Bénigne, traces the history of human occupation in the department from Prehistoric times to the Middle Ages. Idols, bas-relief sculptures, upright stones, old walls etc. are just some of the remnants from a bygone era that form part of our history.
