A tribute is paid to the anonymous craftsmen who, for nearly a century, shaped a quantity of tin moulds, in multiple forms, to pour, stamp and mould the chocolate. A knowledge of yesterday to discover. Private collections.

Guided tours: in July and August, daily from 2.30pm to 6pm. All year round by prior arrangement.
