Brittany and Normandy don’t have the monopoly on cider! There’s a cider factory in Vaudeurs, in the Yonne, that’s been in existence for 6 generations. Today’s it’s the Musée de la Pomme et du Cidre which teaches visitors about the traditional way of making this sparkling drink. Don’t miss the 2 century old wheel press as well as the chance to taste some of the farm produce!
