The musée de la Préhistoire, located at the foot of the famous Solutré rock, highlights some of Europe’s most important archaeological sites. Thanks to some great audiovisual presentations, you’ll learn everything there is to know about cutting flint and the Solutrean civilization. The archaeological garden and signposted nature trail will teach you about the geology, local flora and life of early man.
