Take a journey back in time at the Maison de l’Elevage et du Charolais in the heart of Morvan Regional Natural Park. Immerse yourself in the daily life of cattle breeders, dating from the Ancien Regime to the early 20th century. You’ll also find out about the origins of the famous Charolais cow and new breeding techniques which means that the Charolais can now be exported all over the world.
