The Musée François Pompon de Saulieu reveals some local secrets and pays homage to the town’s famous personalities. Next to the work by great sculptor, Pompon, is a room dedicated to famous chefs Dumaine and Loiseau. In the archaeological section, you’ll find Gallo-Roman steles and objects of worship, such as a precious Evangelion (liturgical book), said to belong to Charlemagne.
