Purchased in 1905 by Claudien Puzenat, son and successor of the founder of the agricultural machinery factory. It now houses a leisure centre. Its outbuildings house the "La Basse-Cour" tourist accommodation centre, which includes two Gîtes de France approved gîtes.
Claudien Puzenat also gave his name to the 6-hectare park. Fallow deer graze at the far end of the park. Many varieties of tree are present and can be identified by plaques on the ground: Judas tree, Magnolia, Giant Sequoia, Ginkgo Biloba, Cedar, Chestnut tree. Visits to the park are organised from time to time to learn more about the different species and remarkable trees that make up the park. Information is available from the town's Culture and Communications Department.
