On the Route du Cidre et des Pressoir du Pays d'Othe, Serge and Louisette Frottier welcome you to their family farm. You will be able to savour their farm cider production, the authentic 100% pure apple juice from the old local varieties: avrolles, nez de chat, vérollot, locard, petit rouge, glénon... You can also appreciate the cider ratafia, a local aperitif. If you wish to visit the museum, you will discover an old press with a parrot wheel, 4 m in diameter, dating from the 19th century, which is still working today, and an exhibition on apples and cider.
