Mash, crush, add, flavour, mix and you're done!
Dijon Bourgogne Tourisme & Congrès and Moutarderie Edmond FALLOT are offering you a unique mustard experience in Dijon!
Burgundy's last great family mustard factory, Edmond FALLOT, founded in 1840, has managed to maintain the know-how of its artisan mustard-makers.

Our workshops are temporarily on display at the Cité de la Gastronomie et du Vin in Dijon, as part of the 'Et si on allait au resto' exhibition.

At the end of the workshop, you'll go home with your own homemade mustard!
