A family-run estate for several generations, it began its major development in the 1960s with the acquisition of new plots and the start of sales of bottled wines. In the 1980s, François Charles’ son Pascal took over the business. Together they expanded the estate, acquiring new plots and replanting them. They now cultivate 14 hectares, managed by Pascal and his daughter Pauline.
The estate is run entirely on the principle of controlled yields and environmentally friendly pest management. Treatments are sustainable and managed according to best practices. The whole vineyard is tilled.
