A real family business: 8 generations of winegrowers since 1758. A total surface area of 16 hectares with 2 Premier Cru and 3 Grand Cru. Gilles studied organic farming methods alongside his father Henri in the 1970s; he now works on the vines with his son Frédérick. Harvests are manual and the estate has organic certification.
