You can also visit the Vézelay vineyard and get to taste the wines! Vélozelay proposes E-bike rentals for easy tours of the Vézelay vineyards. After a quick briefing on the handling of these user-friendly bikes, you'll enjoy a real sense of freedom as you pedal through the narrow streets of Vézelay and along the vineyard paths. Visit Avallon and the Costume Museum

Succumb to the incredible charm of this lovely medieval town standing on a rocky spur! It boasts heritage features conserved from the 15th century and a lovely cobblestone pedestrian street lined with shops and artists' studios. The historic district, the picturesque St Lazare collegiate church and the ramparts have been used many times as film sets for the 7th art.

But the surprise you least expect when you come to Avallon is the Costume Museum, housed in a private building - a former private mansion - and organised by the Carton family. Keep your eyes wide open and enjoy the museum's fabulous stories as told by its collections of costumes and fine artworks.

Added bonus: take a tour of the town on the "grenouille" trail. It couldn't be simpler: collect your booklet from the tourist office and follow the ground arrows.

Explore the narrow streets of Noyers la Belle

This little gem on the banks of the Serein river is truly a feast for the eyes, a real medieval gem that will leave you amazed!
