Leaving the Nièvre region at the age of 18 for his studies and work, Samuel Delobbe returned to his native land to take over the family farm (100 Ha of organic land and sheep herd), in the commune of Achun, in the Bazois (in the Nièvre department of Burgundy).
Passionate about pigs and meat processing in general, he decided to start producing organic pigs, with the aim of processing and direct sales.
He offers boxes of a minimum of 5kg, of different pieces of fresh meat (chipolatas, blood sausage, garlic sausage), for a price of 14€ per kg (about 70€ per box).
Everything is vacuum-packed. The pork products are made by him, without colouring, preservatives or nitrite salt.
