Eric GOUX and Romain FAREY, both experienced in the restaurant business, took over the Cheval Blanc in early 2011. They offer different formulas and a wide choice of savoury or sweet crepes with a variety of flavours. All of this accompanied by a good glass of cider or a good Burgundy wine. Everything is homemade in this palace for gourmets (desserts, pies, snow eggs and even fries cooked in duck fat!); Let's not forget the meat and the butcher's corner with a choice of beef steak and entrecote that will delight lovers of good food. For the summer season, the salads, which could not be more copious, constitute a substantial dish in themselves.
