This snail farm was created in 2016 following the desire to create an activity linked to the passion for snails and cooking. They offer frozen products ready to be eaten: traditional snails in shells, in croquilles (my favourites ;-) , assortments for the aperitif (croq'fort, tripéro), and 2.
