Les Tours

The town of Decize has had several successive enclosures. In 1194, Pierre de Courtenay, Count of Nevers, had the ramparts of the third enclosure built, as well as the defence towers at the ends of the two bridges over the Loire.
They are accessible all year round (outdoor visits) and are an integral part of the town's historical circuit.
