Les Chambres du Lab'EcoSo au Château de Montlaville - Chardonnay

An atypical stay at the heart of a participative habitat & a Third-Party environment at the Château de Montlaville, that's the experience that awaits you! Lab'EcoSo is a shared living space and a creative hub, designed to welcome, facilitate and host a wide range of projects. It's a place where you can experiment with cooperative ventures that encourage encounters between people from different backgrounds.
We can accommodate you for one night or more in one of our 10 rooms, which can sleep up to 25 people. With beds made up on arrival and towels provided, come and enjoy a light-hearted stay at Château de Montlaville, and you'll leave with plenty of memories!

For your meals, the 120 m² dining room is at your disposal. You can choose to prepare your own meals in our professional kitchens, or opt for the full-board option, with our catering partner in charge of delighting your taste buds! We'll tailor your stay to suit you: breakfast included or not, vegetarian, meat, vegan or gluten-free meals, just let us know what suits you!

During your stay, you'll have free access to the 2-hectare park with its century-old trees, vegetable garden and 2 hens at Château de Montlaville in Chardonnay. You'll be able to take advantage of a wide range of activities, depending on your wishes or needs, with one of our partners: wine tasting, guided heritage tours, games & team-building, herbalist initiation, plastic arts, theatre, crafts... contact us, we'll take care of everything.

We also hire out our many spaces to facilitate collective intelligence, work, creation and participative initiatives, as well as providing a pleasant setting for seminars, meetings or get-togethers. You can use the "Facilitation" Lab, 52 m2 equipped with collaborative tools for your meetings and training sessions. The "Agora" room, 56 m2 equipped with tables and armchairs for a cosy atmosphere with a coffee bar area. The 150 m2 vaulted cellar with a bar area that can accommodate a larger audience for receptions, meetings and social events. An 80 m2 arts and crafts workshop...
