Le Parc Vieil
Owned by the Courtenay family from the 12th to the 17th century, the Château du Parc Vieil also belonged briefly to Jacques Coeur. The main part of the present buildings, to which the moat in water gives a lot of charm, date from the 17th century. The kitchen wing, originally independent, was connected to the central building around 1780; it has a Philibert Delorme-style roof structure, of which there are few old examples left in France. Classified as a MH and ISMH in 1966.
