Located since 1976 in the heart of downtown Mâcon, roasting is the heart of our craft. At the Brûlerie Mâconnaise, coffee is more than a passion, it's a family affair that spans generations!

We roast, assemble, control, bag and ship the coffees you enjoy at home or at our partners'. Are you a tea lover? More than 250 varieties are waiting for you in our shop! Loose, bagged, organic, rare... Brands such as Dammann Frères and Kusmi Tea have imagined for you what would be the perfect breakfast...

And speaking of breakfast... No doubt it wouldn't be a real one without real fruit juices, palm oil-free spreads, small local biscuits...

Let's meet at the "Heure de l'Apéro"? And yes, since 2019, La Brûlerie Mâconnaise has greatly extended its range of savoury products, rillettes, sardines, spreads, truffles, your Roaster accompanies you throughout the day!
