5 km from La Charité-sur-Loire, on the edge of the Bertranges forest, "La Bertignote" is a traditional Nivernais house that has been completely renovated.
The "La Chênaie" accommodation (80 m² - 3 Clévacances), in a "chic country" style, opened at the beginning of May 2016, can accommodate 6 people.
You'll enjoy meeting up with family and friends in a comfortable, peaceful setting.
The facade is enhanced by a superb glazed porch illuminating a beautiful living room (fitted kitchen - dining room - sitting room) with direct access to an enclosed garden (terrace - garden furniture, barbecue); to a shower room with shower and wc. A staircase leads to the first floor: 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 cm) (it is possible to add an extra bed (90 cm) in one of the bedrooms), a toilet with washbasin and WC, an open-plan mezzanine area (sofa bed 140 cm).

The countryside, the forest, the Loire, nearby historic towns (La Charité-sur-Loire, Nevers, Bourges, etc.) and the Morvan offer leisure and relaxation; there is no shortage of tourist routes to discover the rich heritage of the Nièvre and neighbouring departments (Yonne, Côte d'Or, Saône et Loire, Allier, Cher, Loiret). Sancerre, Chavignol, Pouilly-sur-Loire, Briare, Gien, Guédelon, Saint-Amand-en-Puisaye, Vézelay, Magny-Cours and many other sites will surprise you!
