Apprentice investigators, solve 16 crimes and offences committed in the city of Augustodunum. Once a Gallo-Roman city that left clues to the 2000 years that preceded us, Autun is now offering you the chance to follow in the footsteps of 16 criminals who committed crimes near the ancient buildings.
Take up the historical facts revealed by the work of archaeologists on the way of life of the inhabitants in Gallo-Roman times or on the architecture of the monuments and solve 16 criminal investigations. With the help of a map that reproduces Augustodunum as faithfully as possible, taking into account the historical revelations about the ancient city, follow the intimate stories of the inhabitants of the time. Each story is the starting point of an investigation that will lead you to its complete resolution.
While each scenario focuses on a particular character, his or her personal story is part of the larger story of the city, giving us a better understanding of its habits and customs, but also, for example, of its relations with the other great cities of the Roman Empire.
A dark secret, a theft, a crime or simply a strange behaviour, everything is a pretext to plunge you into an immersive and entertaining scenario, while allowing you to dive into the cultural and historical aspects of the ancient city.
To play, you have a large paper map and a code to connect to the online site in order to follow the directions of the game and the evolution of your journey as you solve the riddles. This game can be played with your family or friends at home.
