Established in Nevers since 1893, Au Négus is one of the pillars of French gourmet chocolate, driven by the passion of the craftsmen who run it. We have always combined traditional production with high quality natural ingredients to create irresistible chocolates and our unmissable Negus de Nevers.
More than a century after its creation, the Negus de Nevers, a delicious soft caramel, flavoured with chocolate or coffee, trapped in a hard, shiny, amber-coloured caramel, is still made exclusively by the House.
