Chateau de Villiers

Built in the 15th and 16th centuries on land forming a fief with Menou, this castle was owned by the Chabannes family, well known in the Nièvre region. Used as a farm for many years, the castle is now a private property that will be restored. One can already notice its chapel, the square tower serving as a porch and its dovecote. The castle is protected as a Historic Monument and cannot be visited.
