Château de La Clayette
The Château de La Clayette is a real gem nestled in the heart of the Charolais-Brionnais region in southern Burgundy. Built in 1380 on the edge of the lake, it is surrounded by water, which makes it one of the most picturesque sites in Burgundy-Franche-Comté! It has belonged to the Noblet family since 1722, i.e. for 3 centuries...
The guided tour of the exterior allows you to discover the main courtyard, the medieval kitchens and the 15th century Paray tower, the park and the orangery.

Guided tours from 1 June to 31 October on Tuesdays at 10 am and 2.30 pm, Thursdays at 10 am. By reservation at the Tourist Office.
Guided tours are possible all year round on request for groups (min 15 pers.)
Closed from 14 to 26 July and from 14 to 27 August 2023.
