The Biscuiterie MISTRAL, founded in 1954, has been making gourmet cakes for more than half a century, respecting traditional recipes. The factory has been located since 1974 in Semur-en-Auxois, in the heart of Burgundy, in this land of history and gastronomy, between the Morvan forest and the Chablis vineyards. Your shop in Auxerre is open from Monday to Saturday and on Sundays in December.
