Following my various experiences, I wanted to build a unique restaurant, a restaurant that would allow me to return to the basics, to express my cuisine while conveying the values that seem essential to me today.
I propose a voluntarily reduced menu in order to offer you an entirely home-made cuisine with local, seasonal products, from responsible and ethical producers.
For me, a meal is above all about sharing, a moment of exchange and reunion.
That's why I decided to open my restaurant alone, I wish to receive you as at home, to cook for you, to serve you and to exchange during the meal with the aim that you spend a good moment and forget the time.
