Le resto du boucher is the restaurant of Eric Dulat, butcher by trade! His restaurant is adjacent to his butcher's shop and his restaurant is not like the others: you can choose your meat directly in the shop, the chef will have the pleasure of cooking it just for you! On the menu: only five meats which vary according to the arrivals, just like the sauces and the accompaniments: Marsala, blue, mustard and morel sauces are available. As for the meat, the menu gives pride of place to local producers.
