Just 3 km from the centre of Sens, the Rimant restaurant offers traditional and creative cuisine, in tune with the seasons, in a warm and friendly setting!
As the seasons go by, we draw our inspiration from fresh local produce to offer generous dishes such as Chablis-style ham, a must-try speciality from the Bouguignonne region.
In fine weather, a large terrace will be open.
Weekly closing: Saturday lunchtime, all day Sunday and public holidays.
Opening hours: 12 noon to 2pm and 7pm to 9:30pm (evenings by prior arrangement).
