Home-made, with cold meats, salted meats, ready-made meals and savoury pastries made on the spot and inspired by traditional recipes.
Home-made, without the use of nitrite salt or artificial preservatives.
Responsible production, with respect for animals and the environment: pork of French origin, mainly from the Bourgogne Franche-Comté region.
