Le New Saint-Georges Café'in

In 2005 I decided to leave my career as an engineer to create the New Saint Georges Café'in (café-restaurant-brokerage).
From my industrial past, I still have the rigour and satisfaction of a job well done, but also the frustration of not having been able to develop my creative side and my generosity. My change of life has allowed me to do so.

I could pass over the fact that I don't have any specific diploma in the restaurant business...
On the contrary, I claim it! I am free of it! I am free!
Those who only go to chains or franchises for shopping and clothing and want to eat the same cakes or dishes in Lille, Nantes, Perpignan and even Düsseldorf should move on! I cook for you as my grandmother did for us without standards, without scales but with love and taking the time to make it simply good!

Thank you for your loyalty, your audacity and for having accompanied me for all these years. In moments of doubt, fatigue or difficulty, your satisfaction brings me the greatest comfort and pushes me to go further.
