The Italian-inspired menu changes daily, but there will always be Chef Harry Björklund's speciality: pizzas baked in a traditional Neapolitan oven.
Harry, a Swedish national, likes to add a Swedish twist to the menu as well as his inspiration from the Beaune market. The daily suggestions on the slate are thus renewed daily.
Open from breakfast, with pastries and/or bacon and eggs, to the aperitif, the large terrace also allows you to take advantage of the 1,750 references on the Hotel's wine list and the Hotel's Bistro.
Opening hours: Monday to Saturday 7.30am-5pm.
