With 15 years of experience in baking behind them, Michel Lombardo and his wife, Ahlem, have opened the Boulangerie Pâtisserie Khensa in Marcilly-sur-Tille. A family business named after their daughter, it also offers a snack bar on the terrace at lunchtime and provides catering/pizza services. In the team, a well-known pastry chef: Christophe Mourot, twice winner of the best pastry chef award at the Dijon Fair in the 1980s. By the end of 2022, the hiring of another baker and pastry chef is planned.
