The establishment works with Moulins de Vincelles for a Label Rouge traditional festive baguette, Moulin Gheerbrant in Frahier-et-Chatebier for a traditional Haute-Saône baguette (made entirely in Haute-Saône), and Moulin du Maublanc in Chauvirey-le-Châtel for a low-gluten bread called "le Chavirois".
Specialities: Vitréen (meringue and almond sponge cake), almond tuiles, chocolate, sorbets and ice creams.
