An ancient and traditional craftsmanship.
Victor Gayet, a vinegar craftsman, perpetuates the skills of an authentic ancestral method. The vinegar is fermented during 12 months in oak barrels. The vinegar factory thus provides two ranges of products.
The Savor range (7 recipes) produced thanks to the slow natural maceration at low temperature of the selected fruits is without added sugar, without food colouring, without artificial aromas.
The vinegar Velvet range (3 recipes), with is cooked in a cauldron with macerated spices, is characterized by its creaminess, its strength and its vivacity. Ideal to go with cheese, meat, seafood and to decorate your plates tastefully and elegantly.
