In 2000 Catherine Castille settled in the heart of the Brionnais, where the countryside and farmland have been preserved by small-scale farming methods. She wishes to live simply with nature, sharing the gifts that she offers us as an extension of life, choosing to live simply as a daughter of the earth. She would like to offer simple pleasures in harmony with the land. After a medico-social course and then training as a herbalist, catherine opens her ming to botany through the five senses. In this way, she offers a range of p roducts made from local plants. These garden plants, whether cultivated or wild, are transformed simply. They were used by our ancesors and ask only to be used once more.
